RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY

Purchases made on our REVOLVR ecommerce site or at any of our retail locations may be returned by the customer within 30 days of shipment or in-store purchase if items are unwashed, un-worn and in new condition with all original tags and/or labels still attached. Original copy of the receipt or gift receipt is required. All sale items from online sales or items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

If you would like to complete a return from a purchase made at one of our retail stores, please refer to the return slip included in the package to ship back to the originating store.

Returns of online purchases can be initiated by clicking here and entering in all required information. Refunds can be issued back in the form of original payment for a $10 shipping and handling fee. No fee is charged if the item is returned for store credit. If you have questions regarding your online order please email info@revolvrmens.com.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of placed order. Please give us a call at the shop Bend: (541) 647-2627, Bozeman: (406) 587-2304, Portland: (971) 221-9925 or Missoula: (406) 830-5257 to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our shop. Please note, returns do take us 3-5 business days to process upon reaching us. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
