Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
Orders are generally shipped within 3 - 5 business days using USPS Priority Mail with free shipping for all U.S. orders over $100. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
For in-store orders: We accept in store returns at any of our retail locations within 14 days of original purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment or within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Original copy of the receipt or gift receipt is required. Item(s) must be in original, new condition, all tags and/or labels must be attached, and products must be unwashed/unworn/unused. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
For online orders: To allow enough time for shipping, we accept online returns within 30 days of original purchase. Returns of online purchases can be initiated by clicking here and entering in the required information. Refunds can be issued back in the form of original payment for a $10 shipping and handling fee. No fee is charged if the item is returned for online store credit. Item(s) must be in original, new condition, all tags and/or labels must be attached, and products must be unwashed/unworn/unused. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@revolvrmens.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
